Hoy les comparto un enlace a un sitio que me llamó bastante la atención: Top Texture.
Si bien debo confesar que aún no he probado sus productos, lo que ofrecen se ve bastante interesante: texturas repetibles (o “tileables”, en spanglish) de alta calidad y detalle para producción 3D.
En este repositorio encontrarás gran variedad de recursos, para generar todo tipo de materiales, como ladrillo, piedra, madera, hormigón, estuco, metal, entre otros.
Cada textura incluye sus respectivos mapas para los distintos canales: Diffuse, Displacement, Normal y Specular, con resolución de hasta 22K.
Lamentablemente no hay muestra gratis, pero sí un tentador descuento de 50%; el precio por textura es bastante razonable, US$3-8.
