Terrain es un script para 3ds Max, creado por Populate, que facilita la creación y optimización de superficies para terrenos, regularizando las mallas ytransformando los tris en quads.

 

 

Las superficies regulares reducen de manera considerable los tiempos de renderizado, y permiten la fácil aplicación de algoritmos para el suavizado, como Turbosmooth, y el correcto funcionamiento de los mapas para desplazamiento.
